Elena lleva 12 años trabajando en equipos comerciales en empresas de Renting, pero siempre busca integrarse con otras áreas, ya que considera que es importante conocer los procesos de las diferentes áreas de la compañía para aprender y aportar.
“Entré hace 1 año a MB Renting para liderar la División 3 de la compañía y, coincidentemente, este mes asumo el reto con mucho compromiso de Gerenciar toda el área Comercial. Nuestra consigna es seguir empoderándonos en el mercado de renting y que en los detalles el cliente encuentre nuestra diferenciación”
Nos comenta que lo que nos diferencia son nuestras personas, debido a que el equipo, además de estar conformado por expertos en Renting Operativo (leasing), tiene el ADN del servicio impregnado. No hay nada más importante para nosotros que dar una atención personalizada al cliente.

¿Cuáles son tus hobbies?
Cocinar es algo que me apasiona, luego de estudiar mis dos carreras y mis maestrías estudié en la Cordon Bleu por 2 años, en paralelo a mi trabajo y por las noches saliendo de la oficina. Por eso, también soy Chef Titulada con Especialización en Comida Tradicional Peruana. Los que me conocen saben que disfruto cocinar para mi familia y mis amigos. Además, bailo flamenco 2 veces por semana. Siempre trato de combinar mis tiempos con estas dos pasiones que tengo.
¿Qué significa tu familia para ti?
Es mi todo, siempre mi esposo y mi hija me acompañan en todos mis sueños. Saben que disfruto mucho trabajar en MB Renting y que amo mi trabajo. Los 3 somos un gran equipo y ¡el mejor!
¿Ha sido difícil ser líder en un rubro como el automotriz tan duro para las mujeres?
Si, lamentablemente, pero eso para mí es un reto y un compromiso. Depende de cada una hasta donde quiera llegar y para eso tenemos que estar preparadas, especializarnos y actualizarnos constantemente, pero sobre todo demostrar en la cancha lo que somos capaces de lograr. Eso es lo que definitivamente habla por sí solo, como digo: ¡con fuerza y siempre para adelante!
